    So, I’m not a huge fan of Culver’s, but I stop there every now and then because my daughter does like them. I doubt she’ll even want to return after tonight. I was running errands - so quick dinner. Except the wait was much longer than normal. The guy profusely apologized for the extremely long wait time. What ever, I left to go do my running, and my daughter started crying. Her burger was burnt so bad she didn’t even want to eat it and we ended up throwing it away. I get home and am ready to eat mine - except my order is not what I ordered. Huge fail tonight. Like I said, I don’t normally go, but I can guarantee this will be my last visit. Not a fan on throwing money away on food that is inedible and not what we wanted.

    Snack Pack butter burger with cheese ketchup and mustard only. Small fries and drink, delicious, cheap, very short wait time for my food, will go back again soon.

    Had to explain why I wanted the 2 kids meal bags after I paid for them. Obviously we wanted the free ice cream that we already probably paid for within the cost of a kids meal. They seemed annoyed I was even asking for them. At the same visit we ordered a swiss and mushroom sandwich we got just a swiss sandwich. I went up and explained the error and all I got was an eye roll and a small container of mushrooms thrown at me. No spoon even to put them on. No sorry for the mistake. No new hot sandwich made the correct way. Nothing. Finally sat down with my family to find my food along with theirs all to be cold even the cheese wasn't melting cold. We love Culvers but will think twice before going back to this location. Please management get your workers to acknowledge mistakes (better yet don't make them) and teach them how to make a bad experience into a better one.

    The custard was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I'd go back.
